Role: Apprentice (AR Follow UP)

Duration as Apprentice: 6 MonthsType of Apprentice - PaidTraining & Learning Opportunity Areas:

  • Learn how to professionally follow up with insurance payers in the U.S. to understand claim status and improve communication skills.
  • Get on-the-job training experience interacting with U.S. insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers, focusing on managing outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Understand common reasons for insurance claim denials and be guided on how to identify and contribute to resolution strategies.
  • Learn the importance of timely follow-ups to help prevent claims from being written off, a key skill in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Develop confidence in handling denied claims through supervised calling and on-the-job training with support from experienced mentors.

We are looking for:

  • Fresh Graduate (Non-Engineering Stream only)
  • Excellent Spoken English & Interpersonal Skills
  • Quick learners with strong analytical and cognitive ability
  • Comfortable in learning and adapting to high-volume calling
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving Attitude
