Overview
The Control & Reporting Asst Analyst will be a key member of the Reporting COE and will report directly to the Control & Reporting Manager. The individual will be primarily involved in Indochina HQ HFM reporting and will be assisting in submitting HFM results to the Region/Corporate team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing HFM reporting and other PQA schedules as per timeline
  • Support in the preparation of HFM allocation entities submission including alignment with BU and FP&A team
  • Support in the submission of Tax deliverables
  • Reconciling SAP and HFM accounts and documenting reason for any variances
  • Lead the process of preparation and presentation of BSR (Balance sheet reviews) to controllers and finance leads
  • Preparation of monthly Dashboard, Monthly Flash, and other management review files
  • Conducting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) review and debrief sessions with the key stakeholders
  • Continuously driving the efficiency in the submissions by leveraging automation to streamline the reporting process
  • Driving the Pepsico projects in operating unit.
  • Ensure compliance with Statutory, legal and taxation requirements, Pepsico Corporate and Local Business policies and procedures and ethical business practices
  • Partner with Business process owner (BPO) and Control Owner (CO) in GCS and Fraud risk assessment, monitoring self-testing and remediation of failures. Update GCS for the FR process.
  • Ensure timely audit remediation and track progress
  • Lead the preparation of Statutory financials of Indochina HQ legal entities including coordination with external auditors

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or MBA
  • Minimum: 1-2 years of relevant accounting related experience.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
  • Big Four experience highly preferred.
  • Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
