T.I.M.E. is today acknowledged as a multi-location, multi-programme training specialist run on corporate lines and offers a wide range of programmes not only for national and state-level entrance exams like the CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and TOEFL.Through its Campus Recruitment Training conducted at various engineering colleges across the country every year, T.I.M.E. trains thousands of students in aptitude tests and communication skills as a part of preparing them for their campus placements. In keeping with its tradition of always maintaining a watchful eye on market trends and tapping them, T.I.M.E. has introduced training programmes for Bank PO & Clerical exams, SSC CGLE, GATE, CDS, CSAT(paper 2) and CLAT.

T.I.M.E. has achieved an important milestone of training more than 22 lakh students since inception and over 1.5 lakh students in FY for the various entrance examinations.

TIME Trivandrum is one of the earliest centres of TIME and was started in 1998. Over the years the centre has grown to be one of the best training institutes in Kerala. We are looking at candidates who can take up the critical position of Academic Manager-Bank course at TIME Trivandrum

Responsibilities and Duties

Teaching and Academic Management:

Deliver high-quality instruction in banking subjects to students preparing for competitive exams.

Provide a conducive and engaging learning environment for students.

Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners promptly and efficiently.

Monitor the weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning management system.

Student Engagement and Support:

Interact and engage with students regularly to ensure they stay on track with their learning progress.

Offer personalized guidance and support to address individual learning needs and challenges.

Organize and conduct doubt-clearing sessions and additional support classes as needed.

Sales and Marketing:

Carry out sales and marketing operations to promote the Banking training program.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.

Key Skills:

Proven experience in banking or teaching experience in bank coaching centers or competitive exam centers.

Strong knowledge of banking concepts, competitive exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

Proficiency in using learning management systems and other educational technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
