Cyvents Technologies is a growing IT solutions provider specializing in system integration, custom software development, digital solutions, and professional training programs. As part of our upcoming ERP training initiative, we are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and working professionals regarding ERP training programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospects.
  • Guide students through the course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Assist in student enrollment, registration, and fee processing.
  • Maintain and update student records and reports.
  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth batch scheduling.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management/IT preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling / telecalling / administration.
  • Good communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, CRM/ERP tools preferred).
  • Ability to manage office work and multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
