Netics IT Innovations, a leading IT training provider in Kerala, is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and student-focused individual to join our team as an Academic Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in managing academic operations, supporting students, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all our tech programs.

Responsibilities

Academic Operations & Coordination

  • Manage class scheduling, batch planning.
  • Coordinate with trainers, students, and the management team to ensure seamless academic workflow.
  • Maintain student attendance, course progress reports, and academic documents.
  • Ensure classrooms, resources, and training materials are prepared in advance.
  • Monitor academic quality and ensure classes run as per the curriculum.
  • Assist in certificate processing, assessments, and internship coordination.
  • Provide timely updates and support to students throughout their course journey.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in academic coordination or administration is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a student-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
