Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage and streamline student placement activities. The role involves coordinating with companies, ensuring smooth execution of campus recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between students and recruiters for placement activities
  • Identify and reach out to potential recruiters/companies for placement opportunities
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, webinars, and industry talks
  • Schedule interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions
  • Maintain placement records, feedback, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align placement support with training
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management

Requirements:

  • Any degree
  • Strong network with various companies to enable placement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of placement/training processes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (students, recruiters, faculty)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
  • Problem-solving attitude and good organizational skills / Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and hiring practice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
