Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven US Healthcare Recruitment Account Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for our US-based healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and placing Surgeons, Lab Technicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US healthcare hiring landscape, and a proven ability to meet recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US healthcare clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding for clinical roles including Surgeons, Lab Technicians, Scientists, Therapists, Researchers, Registered Nurses (RNs), and other healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams and recruiters to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular pipeline meetings, monitor recruiter performance.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment.
  • At least 3 to 5 years in an account management role focusing on clinical or allied healthcare roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing Surgeons, Lab Technicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), Therapists, and other healthcare professionals in US healthcare facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare terminologies, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team management or mentorship experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in screening and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a US healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with VMS tools and MSP-client interactions.
