About Role:

We are building our International Lending Business to redefine how credit is delivered across markets. We are looking for a Business Manager who will take end to end ownership of scaling international lending products. This role is ideal for a proactive business manager with strong product thinking, analytical depth, and a bias for action, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Ownership: Drive strategy and execution for international digital lending products (BNPL, consumer loans, SME lending, cross-border credit).

  2. Product & GTM: Define product roadmap, write BRDs, and work with engineering/ops to launch and optimize lending flows (LOS, LMS, APIs, KYC, underwriting, collections).

  3. Analytics & Metrics: Own core lending metrics — funnel conversion, approval rates, NPAs, unit economics, RoI. Design experiments, run A/B tests, and take data-driven decisions.

  4. International Expansion: Adapt products to local markets, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs across multiple countries.

  5. Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Risk, Legal, Data, Partnerships, and Operations teams to execute initiatives end-to-end.

  6. Partnership Development: Build and manage key relationships with fintech partners, NBFCs, banks, and regulators in international markets.

  7. Team Contribution: Be a culture carrier — proactive, accountable, and focused on outcomes with a high sense of ownership.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5–10 years of overall work experience; at least 3+ years in digital lending / credit / fintech.

  2. Strong exposure to product management and analytics (Excel & PPT skills is must)

  3. Hands-on experience with credit lifecycle: acquisition, underwriting, disbursement, collections, risk management.

  4. Proven ability to drive business outcomes (growth, profitability, risk control).

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Strong aptitude and problem-solving ability, with a data-first mindset.

  7. Prior international or cross-border lending exposure is a strong plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Partnerships experience with banks, NBFCs, fintech's.

  2. Experience with underwriting models, bureau data, alternative data signals.

  3. Exposure to collections strategies and recovery models.

  4. Ability to work with global teams and adapt to diverse regulatory landscapes.
