What we are looking for

  • Experience & Expertise:
     You've got 
    1-3 years of real performance marketing experience
     — D2C or B2B, you know how to make clicks convert and data dance.
  • Perf Perf Perf:
     You think in 
    funnels, pixels, and ROAS
    , but you speak human. You turn numbers into narratives and analytics into action.
  • Social Media Fluent:
     You live on Instagram and LinkedIn — not just as a user, but as a marketer. You understand the algorithms, formats, and creative languages that make these platforms perform.
  • AI-Native:
     You love AI tools and know how to make them work harder for you – from 
    creative testing to automation
     and audience segmentation.
  • Strategic Mindset:
     You're not just a campaign runner – you're a thinker. You connect performance, brand, and storytelling to build a consistent growth engine.
  • Detail Obsessed:
     You live in dashboards and data – analytics, reports, and patterns are your playground. You find joy in the granular.
  • Creative Scientist:
     Naturally curious, a bit of a scientist with creative instincts.

What you'll do

  • Own the Engine:
     Run and optimise high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key platforms – with freedom to experiment and the responsibility to make it work.
  • Own Social Media:
     You'll lead Without's social presence on Instagram and LinkedIn – posting, engaging, building community, and turning followers into fans. Social and performance aren't separate; they're two sides of the same growth machine.
  • Test & Learn:
     Experiment boldly. Test new categories, creatives, audiences, and ideas that drive performance with purpose.
  • Data Into Direction:
     Analyse campaign data, pull out insights, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations. Your reports don't just inform – they inspire.
  • Bridge Content & Conversion:
     Work closely with the content team to ensure every post, story, and ad connects back to story, impact, and identity – and drives measurable results.
  • Agency Collaboration:
     Partner with external agencies and freelancers – brief them clearly, guide performance, and ensure every rupee spent has a return.
  • Continuous Optimisation:
     Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV – then tweak, test, and improve. Every metric matters, but the mission matters more.
  • Report & Reframe:
     Present campaign learnings and growth strategies to leadership regularly – you'll be the storyteller of our digital success.

Compensations

  • An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between 
    INR 4-6 lakhs
    , with provisions for variable compensation based on sales performance.
  • Stock Options (ESOPS) in the legal entity that vests over an agreed-to tenure.
  • A 3-month mutual incubation period. Both you and we will have the option to end the agreement after three months if it isn't working out.
  • We provide benefits such as health insurance, flexible work hours (including unmonitored vacation) and Provident Fund contributions.
  • We believe in keeping the organisational structure as flat as possible, where nobody really reports to anybody, but instead, we try and hold each other accountable for outcomes and processes.
