Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
  • Advise customers about necessary services, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Service Management:
  • Create detailed job cards capturing customer complaints and vehicle information.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians for vehicle inspections and diagnosis.
  • Estimate labor and parts costs and share with the customer for approval.
  • Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and any changes.
  • Explain the nature of work completed and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation:
  • Ensure all documentation related to service, billing, and warranty is completed accurately.
  • Maintain proper records of service history and customer interactions.
  • Sales & Upselling:
  • Suggest value-added services and maintenance packages to customers.
  • Promote service plans and vehicle accessories when appropriate.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow-up:
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Remind customers about periodic service schedules.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of automobile service procedures.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer skills (for job card creation, billing, CRM updates).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
