Global Sourcing Specialist (Diversity Hiring)

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement / Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing sourcing activities across geographies, building vendor/talent pipelines, driving cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with global sourcing standards. This role is open only for diversity candidates as part of our inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across multiple categories (IT, professional services, indirect spend, etc.).
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors across regions ensuring best-in-class quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and risk assessments for supplier base.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or talent sourcing.
  • Proven track record in global or multi-region sourcing (APAC, EMEA, US markets preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing platforms/tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exposure to diversity & inclusion programs or supplier diversity is a strong plus.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, HR, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
