Sourcing Specialist(Recruitment)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume hiring for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO industry, and a strong ability to attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for bulk hiring requirements using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills, interest level, and relevant experience.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and generate daily/weekly sourcing reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in BPO bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
