Role Essentials
Position: AV Service Manager
Location:Noida/Gurgaon
Experience: 8+ years in AV service
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a national team of 1020 AV service engineers and coordinators.
- Ensure SLA compliance, AMC renewals, and client satisfaction across MNC sites.
- Manage inventory, spares planning, and RMA coordination with OEMs (Crestron, Cisco, Poly, LG, Samsung).
- Conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs, and support break-fix or software upgrade activities.
- Collaborate with management to drive service performance and customer retention.
Must-Have Skills
- In-depth expertise in AV systems and VC solutions (Crestron, Cisco, Poly, LG, Samsung).
- AVIXA or OEM certifications preferred.
- Strong BOQ, Excel, and CRM/ticketing skills.
- Basic programming (C++) knowledge.
- Excellent client communication and team leadership abilities.
