Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware and basic network infrastructure
  • Perform desktop backup, formatting, and recovery operations
  • Manage installation and upkeep of printers, scanners, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
  • Conduct annual asset inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Assist the System Administrator with daily IT operations
  • Respond to technical support requests from end users
  • Set up and configure new computers, networks, and software applications
  • Create and manage user accounts and profiles within the network
  • Install and configure operating systems, antivirus software, and applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and AutoCAD
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain inventories of IT hardware and software assets
  • Manage server backups and ensure data recovery protocols are in place
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Ensure systematic and accurate record-keeping using company software

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree with relevant certification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or related IT roles
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
  • Note:
