Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manger to help grow and manage our brands presence across key platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics. This role also involves work in Excel, so basic proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Additionally, understanding of stock market is a big plus.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree, Any Postgraduate, Diploma in Marketing or Certification in Digital Marketing /Media related fields. The key is a strong foundation in communication, Brand marketing, and good understanding of Excel and Indian Stock Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule using tools like Google analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Vistaprint Etc. to report performance and suggest optimizations.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to engage with followers and respond to queries.
• Updating blog posts on company website.
• Propose creative ideas to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create or edit simple visuals using Canva, Vista Print or other tools.
• Assist in creating and scheduling timely, market-relevant posts (e.g., Nifty/Bank Nifty/Sensex updates, IPO, ETF, Mutual Fund news etc.)
• Publish live market updates (budget highlights, stock movements, breaking news).
• Basic understanding of stock market terms (IPO, SIP, Nifty/Sensex, P/E ratio, etc.).
• Track performance of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, LinkedIn Sponsored Posts).
• Communicating with job applicants and updating them on their interview status, ensuring an efficient and organized hiring process.
• Performing any other miscellaneous tasks as required by the company.

Skill Requirement:

• Social Media Expertise: Proficient in Major Platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook.
• Knowledge of platform-specific features, best posting practices, and audience behavior.
• Tools: Google Analytics, Twitter, LinkedIn Analytics etc.
• Advance knowledge of design tools like Canva and other related software/apps etc.
• Clear communication of ideas, reports, and feedback.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
• Additionally, Understanding of basic stock market Concept Such as IPOs, SIP, ETF, Nifty/Sensex, P/E Ratio, Mutual fund and related terminology.
• Previous trading/investing experience is a big plus.
• Proficiency with AI-driven social media tools and analytics platforms.
