Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each platform
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media content with broader campaign goals and brand messaging
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy and content development
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community across platforms
  • Stay current with best practices in content creation and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators for co-branded content and campaigns
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience in content creation
  • Experience in video editing
  • Experience in running social media ad campaigns
  • Able to curate an aesthetically pleasing social media feed
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to manage time efficiently

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience managing restaurant social media pages is a plus
