Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for O2C (Order to Cash) Executives, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing order processing and order management, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients or relevant teams. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and supporting the organization in optimizing its cash flow and revenue processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Order Management and Order Processing, including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on providing professional and effective client support.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for the role.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and manage financial transactions and identify process improvements.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a B.Com or BBA degree, and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in working under tight deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems related to Order to Cash operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end
    Order to Cash process
    , including order management, billing, and collections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely
    invoicing
    and
    cash application
    .
  • Track and monitor
    accounts receivable aging
    and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Reconcile
    customer accounts
    and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with
    Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
    teams for smooth O2C operations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on
    collections, outstanding receivables, and cash flow
    performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of O2C experience
    .
  • Strong understanding of AR, billing, and collection processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for US shift interactions.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools (preferred).
