Plan the daily/weekly/monthly progress and track the same. Identify risks and propose mitigations. Coordinate with Design Consultants to ensure delivery of all MEP packages and coordination drawings, SLD, schematic drawings, etc. Collect shop drawings from vendors for respective packages, validate with MEP consultants, and issue to contractors for execution. Obtain work method statements for respective HVAC packages from contractors and get them approved by consultants. Execute and monitor all the MEP-related work, coordinating with IT, Security, and AV stakeholders. Must have basic knowledge of IT, Security, and AV design/execution. Set up the MEP Quality Manual and Inspection Testing Plan. Ensure all MIRs are certified before using them on-site and that the consultants representative has signed them. Set up the documentation process with respect to all services equipment. Track MEP materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker. Monitor whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities. Participate in testing and commissioning of services activities and maintaining testing certificates and checklists. Verify, evaluate, and implement accompanying changes to the work and make recommendations to the client for approval. Obtain relevant and necessary O&M documents, guarantees, and warranties. Ensure smooth handover of MEP packages. Required EducationBE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical Years of Experience14 Specific Skills or CertificationsHave worked on MEP projects with both high side and low side for commercial projects from inception to handover. Core CompetenciesTeam player with good communication skills. MEP high side and low side knowledge. Design management. Execution and quality management.
