Job Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle for new retail diagnostic centers, from initial site selection and feasibility analysis to final commissioning and handover.
  • Civil & Interior Works: Manage and execute all civil and interior works, including brickwork, carpentry, facades, waterproofing, RCC, structural steel, masonry, marble flooring/dado, plumbing, electrical, and AC services.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates. Actively track budget against actual expenses and implement value engineering to optimize costs and timelines.
  • Quality and Timeliness: Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and meet strict quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly update management on project status and progress. Liaise with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed project schedules, progress reports, budgets, and cash flow statements based on preliminary and detailed drawings.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a sound knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services relevant to retail facilities.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and certify amendments, extra items, and extra quantities as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile Education
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Exposure to architecture is a mandatory requirement.
Skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil, interior, and MEP works.
  • Proficiency in budget preparation, cost tracking, and value engineering.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills for reporting project progress to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • 24 months of relevant experience.
