Procurement Assistant Manager:
Manage and oversee RFP (Request for Proposal) projects for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
Manage vendor relationships, including vendor sourcing, selection, and evaluation.
Develop and manage vendor contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions.
Conduct vendor trainings and ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
Arrange Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with vendors to review performance and address any issues.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate vendor performance.
Utilize Jagger (or similar software) for overall contract and Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM), including monitoring monthly savings.
Coordinate minor projects, ensuring proper procurement and vendor management.
Prepare and deliver QBR presentations to the client, highlighting performance and achievements.
Prepare and manage the procurement budget for facility management services.
Resolve day-to-day issues with vendors and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
Create purchase orders for JLL vendors on a monthly basis for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
Calculate minimum wages in compliance with legal and labor regulations.
Implement and manage supplier performance management programs, including performance evaluations and corrective actions.
