About the Role

Were looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with at least 2+ years of experience in manual testing and a solid understanding of QA processes in real-world product environments.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking and management tools such as Bug Herd, JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla is highly preferred. Exposure to automation testing and a basic understanding of AI will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide valuable feedback.
  • Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using bug management tools (BugHerd or similar).
  • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Conduct sanity and smoke testing on new builds.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • (Preferred) Contribute to automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure strong test coverage.
  • Prepare and present test summary reports and key defect metrics.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
