Job Role:

1. Recruitment & Head Hunting.

2. Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation.

3. Well versed with Job Portals like Naukri, Shine etc.

4. Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals.

5. Scheduling candidates for interviews.

6. Screening the sourced profiles as per requirements.

7. Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.

8. Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.

9. Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.

10. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

11. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and sharing real-time feedback.

12. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.

13. Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates.

14. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies.

15. Maintaining Recruitment MIS.

16. Preparing Offer letters, Appointment Letters and other important documents.

17. Maintaining Employee Records.

1. Required Qualification MBA HR.

2. Excellent communication and People Skills.

3. Extensive knowledge of Job Portals.

4. Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.
