Sales Executive – FMCG

Full-Time | Field Role

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the front-line driver of our sales operations, working closely with distributors and retailers to increase product availability and visibility. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets within your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate sales through daily visits to retail outlets and distributors
  • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and attractive displays at all points of sale
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers
  • Assist in order collection, timely product delivery, and follow-up on payments
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness
  • Track competitor activity and report market trends to management
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports using digital tools

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or retail sales environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including Excel and mobile apps for reporting
