Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Agency Channel Development: - Source and service POS agents as per the agreed mix and company policy. - Develop and manage the Agency Channel in the assigned location. - Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes. - Conduct induction programs and collaborate with the Sales Training team for product and ongoing training sessions for POS agents. - Maintain the required balance between new and existing POS agents. - Develop and implement strategies to expand into new market segments. Agency Channel Management: - Monitor agent performance on key parameters such as renewals, fresh database management, funnel tracking, and closures. - Maintain a high percentage of active POS agents and ensure consistent productivity. - Control attrition of POS agents and ensure effective channel engagement. - Drive team performance to achieve assigned business targets. Channel Servicing: - Oversee reconciliation of partner accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain transparent communication and foster strong relationships with partners. Profitability: - Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic feedback to enhance organizational processes. - Manage loss ratios effectively and ensure profitability targets are met. Compliance & Hygiene: - Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. - Manage cheque bounce recovery and address business pendency efficiently. - Maintain operational hygiene and ensure policy adherence.
