Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Mysore. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, including experience with preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the workforce or financial departments is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
