Performance Testing

  • Senior QA Engineers assess system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • They use tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter, or other tools to simulate heavy loads and analyze system behavior.

Security Testing

  • Understanding security vulnerabilities and conducting security testing is crucial.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities and tools like Burp Suite or ZAP is beneficial.

Agile And DevOps

  • Many organizations follow Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Senior QA Engineers participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery.
