Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Shopify E-commerce Manager
to lead and manage our online store. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of store operations—from sourcing and supplier coordination to logistics, ad performance, and tech integration. Your primary goal will be to
increase daily and monthly order volume, reduce cancellations and RTOs, optimize costs, and ultimately boost overall business revenue and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Identify, source, and onboard reliable suppliers/manufacturers
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with vendors
  • Ensure timely procurement and quality control of products


Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

  • Oversee and manage daily order fulfillment and shipping processes
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
  • Optimize warehouse and shipping operations to reduce costs


Performance Optimization

  • Increase daily/monthly order volume and improve delivery success rates
  • Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and order cancellations through strategic interventions
  • Regularly analyze store performance and implement actionable strategies


Ad Platform ROI & Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, etc.
  • Monitor and increase ROI on paid media platforms
  • Suggest new marketing channels and conversion strategies to grow revenue


Tech & AI Integration

  • Implement AI tools for customer service, inventory forecasting, personalization, etc.
  • Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends and technologies
  • Apply modern strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience


Team Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, design, logistics, and customer support teams
  • Create SOPs and assign tasks to streamline team workflows
  • Lead periodic team reviews to monitor KPIs and project progress

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
  • Familiar with AI tools for automation and efficiency in e-commerce
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and team management abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Gorgias, AfterShip, Loox, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Knowledge of product costing and shipping rate optimization
