**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will be key in managing inventory, coordinating product flows, and maintaining our Shopify store with our latest and best-selling collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Track and record inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and seamless flow from warehouse to online listings.
- **Product Coordination**: Coordinate products through various stages for online and offline needs, ensuring timely updates and availability.
- **Shopify Updates**: Regularly update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, and stock quantities.
- **Storefront Maintenance**: Review and align our Shopify storefront with brand standards, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Fashion, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in e-commerce operations or inventory management, ideally with Shopify or a similar platform.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Shopify, Microsoft Excel, and basic inventory management tools.
- **Organizational Excellence**: High attention to detail in managing and tracking inventory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills for coordination with team members and external partners.
