Manages social media channel, campaigns, and marketing collaterals to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency. Promote brand through social media channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee social media accounts management with a monthly social planner/calendar
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content like reels for regular scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinates social media messaging with the advertising quarterly or seasonally aligned with company goals
  • Manages social media parameters, including copywriting and other content creation.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement
