Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and recruitment tasks.
  • Learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (preferable)
  • Fresher or 0-1 year experience in HR/Recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
