Are you passionate about shaping young minds and driving innovation in education? Magnum School Solutions is hiring STEM Mentors and Language Lab Mentors to enhance our programs in Robotics, Language Labs, Planetarium, and STEM Education, with a strong focus on Arduino/NodeMCU projects.


Who Can Apply?
For STEM Mentor:
Education: BTech, MTech, BE, or equivalent in ECE, CSE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related fields (No backlogs).

Open to graduates from , , and previous batches.

For Language Lab Mentor:
Education: BCA, MCA, BSc (Computer Science/IT), MSc (Computer Science/IT), BTech/BE (CSE/IT) or equivalent.

Strong computer knowledge and communication skills required.

Freshers and experienced candidates from , , and previous batches can apply.


Key Skills & Expectations
STEM Mentor:

  • Strong technical proficiency and hands-on experience with Arduino/NodeMCU, Raspberry Pi.
  • Knowledge of basic electronics, electronic systems, and programming.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and student management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a passion for STEM education.

Language Lab Mentor:

  • Strong computer knowledge with the ability to operate and manage Language Lab software.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Ability to manage students effectively and assist teachers in lab operations.
  • Passion for education and willingness to learn new tools.


Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor students in STEM/Language Lab activities.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
