This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to switch from the IT Community and impact the world  Position Title : *Remote STEM Program Lead- Part Time*Part Time Job (4 hours a day) / Online / Remote (20 hours a week)Support : Support all of US STEM Programs and then Global programs as neededAbility to work - 8 PM to 12 midnight IST (some weekend hours maybe be needed for events) - Occasional morning hours may be needed Strong Location Preference – Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi 2+ years experience in the field Salary 20,000 Rs per month (for part time - 20 hours a week)  Position Summary: The Program Lead will join The SSF team to help with all corporate sponsorship, STEM and some scholar programs including: (1) support projects to ensure that milestone and deliverable targets are met; (2) create and deliver regular project status reports; (3) assist in the development corporately sponsored programs and partner programs; and (4) work as a team member to drive project goals. Look at all our STEM Programs in India / US and Remotewww.starhacks.orghttps://shooting-stars-foundation.org/for-stem-campers/ ResponsibilitiesExecutes STEM Programs successfully as a coordinator bringing coaches / mentors / students and partner orgs togetherLaunches, executes, and successfully completes project tasks related to the above programs on time, within budget, and at an expected level of qualityImplements and manages work plans, establishing timelines for activities and tracking actual progressMaintains and regularly updates internal and partnership documents (i.e., approved documents, contact lists, etc.)Creates Playbooks for all programs and trains junior staff and volunteers for future execution of such programsMay need to work with US Counterparts as needed for some programsOther duties as assigned Requirements• 2+ years experience in similar NGO with similar operational goals• Or 2+ years in Tech or other fields (IT) with excellent project management experience – and now willing to switch to NGO Passion for community service, especially in the field of education• Degree holder – Any Arts Degree / Engineering / Social Work / MBA• Excellent project management skills (MANDATORY), very detailed oriented, push to close attitude• Excellent English language skills (MANDATORY) – both written and spoken – proficient in other languages in India is an advantageSTRONG Preference - Strong Experience working with US / Global teams • Good communication skills to maintain relationships with members of the organization and respond to their requests regularly.• Excellent knowledge of Google Drive / Excel / Word / Email etc• Own a laptop or system at home with internet connection - Online work / Telephone work etc• Work 8 PM to 12 midnighth IST every day online – Total - 4 Hours per day - 20 Hours per week (Occasional weekend hours / morning hours may be needed ) 5% travel within India maybe required, and come in to local office as needed Application will be considered only if the following form is filled(will take about 20 min) – We are looking to fill this position before Oct 20th - so fill the form ASAPPlease apply only if you are serious about pursuing this opportunity https://forms.gle/pMAHsYTCLZGgDZPZA
