Job Title: Robotics EngineerWork Location: Uthankarai / Krishnagiri Districts Employment Type: Full TimeDepartment: STEM Education / Robotics and A.I. LabJob Summary:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to train school students in the fields of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.). The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, creativity in developing learning modules, and excellent communication skills to inspire and educate young minds.Key Responsibilities:Train school students in Robotics, A.I., & Programming Concepts through engaging, hands-on sessions.Develop & standardize lab exercises, project modules using proprietary algorithms and teaching tools.Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed class and performance reports.Maintain and upkeep of the lab facility and the RobotsCustomize training content and methods to align with student skill levels and school curriculum.Ensure proper functioning and setup of robotics kits, tools, and software used in classes.Communicate effectively in English and local language to ensure clarity of instruction.Continuously upgrade technical and teaching skills to stay aligned with emerging trends in Robotics andA.I. education.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.Strong knowledge and practical experience in:Scratch programmingIDE-based coding environmentsPython programmingA.I. PlatformsVery good understanding of A.I. and its application conceptsPrior teaching/training experience, especially with school students (Grades 3–12), is preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in native/regional language is an added advantage.Ability to design engaging, interactive, and outcome-based learning sessions.Preferred Attributes:Passion for education, innovation, and mentoring young learners.Capable to handle and maintain a fun based learning environmentCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to dynamic classroom environments.Remuneration:Monthly Salary – 25000 to 30000 (based on Experience & Qualification)Incentives based on performanceExperienceMin. 1+ YearsContact - 9280239406
