**Job Title**: Robotics Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive robotics curriculum tailored to the needs and interests of students aged 10 to 15.
- Provide instruction on robotics hardware, software, programming languages, and relevant technologies.
- Guide students in designing, building, and programming robots for various challenges and projects.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and teamwork.
- Assess student progress through observation, projects, quizzes, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
- Stay current with advancements in robotics technology and educational best practices, continually updating teaching methods and resources.
- Organize and oversee robotics competitions, exhibitions, or other events to showcase students' achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share students' progress, achievements, and upcoming activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching or working with students aged 10 to 15, preferably in robotics.
- Strong knowledge of robotics principles, including mechanics, electronics, programming, and automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics, such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with robotics platforms, kits, and software tools (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for exploring new ideas and approaches to teaching robotics.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
