**Job Title**: Robotics Trainer
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Work Timings**: As per school schedule

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **activity-based STEM classes**, covering **Science, Robotics, Coding, Innovation, and Technology** for Grades 5 to 10.
- Guide and train junior trainers or assistant teachers as required.
- Develop educational materials such as **worksheets, assessments, manuals, and project reports**.
- Plan and organize school-based **workshops, competitions, exhibitions**, and STEM events.
- Maintain a dynamic and engaging learning environment in line with modern STEM methodologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in **B.E./B.Tech.** (Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics)
- Strong command of English with **excellent communication skills**.
- Ability to **multi-task** and manage responsibilities across various academic and co-curricular STEM activities.
- **Willingness to travel** as per school or program needs.
- Passion for teaching, innovation, and shaping young minds through technology.
