Stem Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a STEM facilitator. If you love tinkering and are good with children, this is your chance to inspire young minds, guiding them to become confident problem-solvers and creative innovators.

STEMonsters Education works with multiple progressive schools to implement globally benchmarked STEM programs from grades 4 to high school.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct engaging and interactive STEM classes/ workshops, on topics like block coding, Arduino based robotics using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing, electronics, and app development.
- Provide guidance and support to students during project challenges, and foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
- Create learning documentation in alignment with the educational standards and best practices at STEMonsters Education.
- Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation to support the learning process and ensure consistent delivery of educational content.
- Plan, organize, and conduct STEM-related events, workshops, and competitions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education and ensure continuous development of the modules with new projects.
- Conduct periodic asssessment activities for students and submit the report at the office.
- Monday - Saturday

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, B.Tech, BS).
- Strong foundational knowledge in**:Python, block coding, robotics using Arduino/Raspberry Pi/ BBC:microbit, 3D printing, electronics, and app development.**:

- Passion for teaching and working with students, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and fun.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Prior experience in education or working with children is mandatory.
- Willing to travel within Bangalore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
