We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is necessary.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
