Experience in a healthcare or startup environment would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records

  • Provide exceptional support to our team, including executives, managers, and staff

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and poise

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and facilities

  • Manage all HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management

  • Perform other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or secretarial role

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
