Job Description:
As our Office Secretary/Administration Staff, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, wearing multiple hats to ensure seamless day-to-day activities. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, with 1-3 years of experience in
administration or secretarial role, then
we'd love to hear from you
Experience in a healthcare or startup environment would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
Provide exceptional support to our team, including executives, managers, and staff
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and poise
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and facilities
Manage all HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
Perform other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in administration or secretarial role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Nice to Have:
