Job Summary:
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and a professional environment for patients, doctors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations including patient appointments, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize patient records, reports, and confidential files.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and official communications in a professional manner.
- Support doctors and management in preparing documents, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Assist in billing coordination, documentation, and basic accounting support.
- Ensure a smooth patient experience by coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and oversee clerical tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the clinic head/management.
- Support in organizing clinic programs, meetings, and events when required.
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Graduate in any discipline).
- 3–5 years in a secretarial or administrative role (healthcare/clinic experience is an added advantage.)
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
