Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / I.T.I. Draftsman
Premier / Non-premier Institute(s): Either
Reporting to: Manager, Corporate R&D

Preferred Background/Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical Design or Research and Development environment.
  • Proficiency with CAD software like SolidWorks / Creo.

Key Responsibilities / Key Result Areas:

  • Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for machinery components and assemblies following standard processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team for prototyping and managing documentation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams during product manufacturing.

  • Sheetmetal, plastic, fabrication parts manufacturing companies.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks / Creo and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in dealing with engineering drawings with tolerances and GD&T.

Annual Salary (CTC): Rs. 3-5 lakhs per annum depending on candidate and experience.
