Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead channel sales and drive growth in the designated territory of Faridabad , Palwal, and Hodal. The role will focus on managing dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales targets, improving market share, and ensuring seamless after-sales service coordination for a leading brand in the consumer durables sector.

  • Channel Development & Management:
  • Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Appoint new distributors/dealers in untapped areas to enhance market penetration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure brand loyalty and sales push.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly sales plans to meet volume and revenue targets.
  • Drive secondary sales and monitor primary billing.
  • Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points to ensure proper inventory flow.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights, pricing, promotional activities, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze territory-wise performance and identify opportunities for improvement
