Role and Responsibilities:
Talent Bee Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling ready-mix concrete products for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of our ready-mix concrete products.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and develop sales forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and provide coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote ready mix concrete products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance company visibility.
- Sales Administration:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, sales budgets, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the construction or building materials industry, preferably in ready mix concrete.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
