About the Organization:

Go Girl Foundation is a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to promoting menstrual health, dignity, and empowerment for women and girls across underserved communities. We are looking for a passionate and energetic female professional to lead and coordinate menstrual health awareness initiatives in field locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct menstrual awareness sessions in villages, government schools, and local communities.
  2. Develop a clear understanding of NGO structures, programs, and field-level implementation.
  3. Identify and register eligible beneficiaries as per the location-based outreach plans.
  4. Collaborate with departments of education, government schools, and gram sabhas to schedule and execute awareness campaigns.
  5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of menstrual health and hygiene-related issues.
  6. Maintain proper project documentation, draft reports, and contribute to monitoring and accountability efforts.
  7. Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Be open and willing to travel to rural and semi-urban field sites as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Energetic, young, and willing to learn with a passion for social impact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (any regional language is a plus)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Prior experience in community outreach, education, or social work is desirable but not mandatory
