We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Steward to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
