  • Maintaining appointment registers and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Answering patient calls and providing courteous assistance.
  • Coordinating OPD schedules, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Organised, responsible, and customer-focused.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or front office management preferred.
