Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Participate in campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Help maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance reports.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and documentation.
- Contribute to HR compliance, policy communication, and record keeping.
- Support engagement activities, internal communication, and welfare initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or operations will be an added advantage.
