HR Recruiter – Job Description

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Salary Range: 15,000 – 20,000

Timing - 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Create, update, and post job descriptions across job boards, internal channels, and social platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, experience, salary fit, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support them throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, collect interviewer feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment trackers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and monitor hiring metrics and share weekly recruitment reports with management.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and documentation as per company policy.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and database management, Employee Engagement (as required).
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter / HR Executive in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple roles, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment metrics, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
