We are looking for an experienced web application developer to join our Front Office R&D team. The team is focused on building highly scalable and robust web infrastructure using the latest web technologies. With a large portfolio of applications already in production, this role provides the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and work alongside talented developers and engineers.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to a wide range of products, including modern build tools, scalable web components, and mobile infrastructure.
  • Work on real-time infrastructure using Web Workers and WebAssembly.
  • Develop complex business components, developer productivity tools, and deployment tools.
  • Build elastic-based search components and other innovative solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products that are widely adopted within the organization.
  • Mentor junior developers and engineers, help set the team's vision, and ensure user-focused solutions.
  • Drive excellence and continuous improvement across products and processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in web technologies
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices
