Job Responsibilities

Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) of installed solar systems.

Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of solar equipment.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for optimal system performance.

Handle on-site technical issues and provide quick resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and spare parts requirements.

Maintain service reports and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Scope

B2C (Business-to-Consumer):

Maintenance of residential rooftop solar systems installed at individual homes.

Direct customer interaction, ensuring smooth system functioning and quick problem resolution.

B2B (Business-to-Business):

Maintenance of commercial/industrial solar projects installed for businesses or organizations.

Focus on performance, uptime, and safety standards in large-scale installations.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: ITI – Electrical (mandatory).

Experience:

Freshers eligible (Salary: 18,000 in hand).

Experienced candidates up to 2 years (Salary: 20,000 in hand).

Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler (Bike mandatory) with valid driving license.

Comfortable with field work across assigned areas in Pune.

Willingness to work in both B2B and B2C projects.

Age: Below 30 years preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 (depending on experience).

Allowances: Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
