Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in INCREFF's growth journey by closely working with multiple Fashion brands to transform their merchandising processes. The role offers a rich experience of working in a dynamic environment with a highly motivated team which is focussed on building world -class products and transforming the Retail industry. Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of INCREFF's merchandising platform for the clients and helping them navigate their roadblocks by providing them with solutions through the productResponsible for client engagement by maintaining frequent communication and touchpoints in the form of business reviewsCoordinate with the product team to solve product -related issues at the client endContribute to the enhancement of the merchandising platform at INCREFF through industry knowledgeBuild strong networks & relationshipsRequirements2 - 4 years of work experience in a planning/ merchandising role in Retail, preferably in FashionExperience working with senior management.Good mathematical acumen and problem -solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHands -on experience with Excel and Powerpoint  High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Our Culture: At Increff, we take great pride in fostering an open, flexible, and collaborative workplace.
